It was just a bit windy, but who can complain when we can play outside for hours?
I'd almost threatened to not go to the park with our friends, as a sort of natural consequence from their run-from-the-library stunt on Tuesday. You know, along the lines of, "well, if you run away from me while we're out then we'll have to stay home where everyone can be safe."
But really? That's a punishment for me more than for them, espcially on park days like this, when I can have a few uninterrupted conversations and the children find nothing over which to cry, fight, or otherwise need parental intervention.
