Thomas has been making this cute pouty face for a while now. It's done both intentionally (I think to make us laugh, or possibly as a response to the children making the face at him) and unintentionally (you know, when he's pouting).
It's always accompanied by much snorting and heavy breathing, and, despite being a pouty face, is pretty cute.
When Grammy saw it, she said her father made the same face, and they called it the "Tom O'Connor" face. Perhaps that's where our Thomas gets it?
