Sometimes I upload photos and find happy surprises - a series of child self-portraits, or interesting corners of our house taken from the kids' point of views, or pictures of toilets.
Then, I find pictures like this one.
Everything about it says danger! danger! do not enter! not a good morning ahead!
There are many reasons why Kevin's in charge of the mornings. The naked baby trying to crawl away into mischief and the wallowing-in-his-own-grumpiness boy with a face full of tears are two good ones. I'm not entirely sure where he gets his wellspring of patience, but every morning I'm thankful it's there.
